Hi! My name is Baylor but my foster fam calls me Lu.
I am a very curious and playful girl. One important thing to know about me is ball is life! I absolutely love to carry around my tennis ball and especially love to carry it through the sprinklers. Did I mention I’m part sea lion? I love to play in water and will even join you in the shower if you let me. I am a high energy pup so a home with an active family who will play with me in the backyard would be my favorite. I get nervous when I’m somewhere new so a family that’s patient and willing to work with me would be my ideal home. I am still working on leash manners, I just want to sniff all the smells and am learning to pace myself. I’m a quick learner, anything for snacks! I’ve already learned to sit in my crate for meals, sit for my ball to be thrown and sit nicely for the door to be opened for my walks. I sleep well in my crate snuggled up with my blankies and don’t mind taking a nap in there if my foster parents have to leave the house.
Baylor is a happy go lucky girl despite everything she’s been through and if you give her some belly scratches she will give you the most adorable smile. She is just a little love bug looking for her furever home!
Hobbies include:
- Carrying around tennis balls- ball is life!
- Yard time – I LOVE to be outside and smell all the smells maybe chase a few squirrels
- Sprinklers – so refreshing
- Shower time – catching the water in my mouth is so fun
