Todd was rescued from ACS after being found covered in fleas with a chronically injured foot. His former owners did not want him back.
Despite his humans letting him down, Todd loves people. He loves getting belly scratches, head scratches, and hugs. He loves going on walks more than anything, although it doesn’t take much for him to get worn out, a half mile walk does just the trick! He is passionate about car rides and likes sticking his head out the window. When he isn’t snoozing, he likes to play wrestle with his foster siblings, and get pup cups from Starbucks. He is a snuggle king and deserves to know what it’s like to be treated with unconditional love.
