Nora’s Story:

Nora was abandoned at an elementary school with her two puppies. She was picked up by ACS and quickly running out of time. After saving her pups, we couldn’t leave the mama behind so we rescued her too!

Nora is very laid back and gets along great with both dogs and cats. She’s very friendly to everyone and doesn’t hesitate when a stranger pets her. Nora absolutely loves to play in the back yard. She knows quite a few commands such as: sit, inside, outside, lay down, and treat (sits automatically). She’s very alert when someone comes to the door but doesn’t bark – just waits. Although she weighs 66 lbs, she’s a lap dog at heart and loves to be petted.
