Taylor was rescued from ACS death row, adopted, then returned a few months later. We’re hoping she makes a connection with her furever family soon!
Hello, my name is Taylor and if you are looking for a new playmate, I would love to meet you! I love to play and play some more. Toys are the best, and my foster mom says I can play fetch for hours. I love to go for walks, and I am working hard at learning leash manners. I also do very well with car rides and going on adventures. I am a bit anxious as I was surrendered by my owner and I didn’t really understand what happened, but I am working hard on being less anxious and learning to stay in my crate when my foster mom has to work. She says I am very trainable, and I do love toys and treats! Things I have learned so far: sit, wait, drop it, kennel, wash your paws (which equals go jump in the bath tub), go to bed; and I am very well house trained. My foster mom doesn’t have any little people in her house, so I don’t know what I think about them, but I have meet lots of bigger people-including older children – with her, and they are all my new friends- especially if they will play ball with me. I love to be involved in EVERYTHING around the house- loading the dishwasher, taking out the trash… whatever needs done, I must have my nose in the middle of it. One bit of warning, I am an escape artist and know how to open latches and gates, so I need a secure area to play in. I dearly love belly rubs and curling up and watching TV with my friends ,and I am so hoping for a special person of my own
